• Lingkup Pekerjaan:

Mampu menyelesaikan tugas-tugas multiskill yang terkait dalam hubungannya dengan pengerjaan di Plant Operational, melaksanakan perbaikan dan service alat berat di workshop dan lapangan meski dengan sedikit pengawasan. Bekerja sama dengan operator, kontraktor, OEM/dealer dan staf yang bersifat teknis dalam kaitannya untuk melaksanakan tugas/pekerjaan dan memberikan bantuan dalam troubleshoot yang terkait dengan pekerjaan.

Kualifikasi:
• Pria, maksimum berusia 35 tahun
• Tingkat pendidikan minimal STM Listrik/Mekanik/Otomotif, SMA, SMK
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja untuk STM : 3 tahun
• Memahami teknik perbaikan (Service & Troubleshooting) plant equipment
• Memahami ilmu mekanikal dasar untuk plant equipment
• Memahami urut-urutan proses “Unit Breakdown/Shutdown Management System”
• Memahami pekerjaan fabrikasi

System Support Engineer

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Responsibility

• Be the first point of contact for users seeking support on ICT services.

• Provide first and second level ICT Service Desk support:

1. Answer and process client calls, emails and self-logged tickets on all IT related incidents,

requests and enquiries.

2. Ensure all calls and emails are being logged into the helpdesk system with adequate and concise

information for incident tracking, request management and problem management.

3. Make initial assessment of incidents, diagnose and resolve basic incidents.

4. Assess, verify and assign severity of incidents.

5. Resolve incidents on first call resolution and within agreed service level.

• Take ownership of the incidents / service requests and resolve in accordance with service level agreement, and

escalate where necessary to the appropriate team based on established guidelines & procedures.

• Follow up on resolution and inform users on the progress status.

• Work with the team to achieve KPIs.

• Execute effective resolution of risks, issues, problems and incidents for the department.

• Liaise with other team members of the Service Desk and internal Service Provider to consistently deliver high

quality service and strive for performance improvement.

• Assist in implementing effective knowledge database and ensure validity of content.

• Carry out responsibilities in line with PETRONAS ICT’s prescribed Incident, Request, Problem, Escalation and

Change Management processes, and in particular with the requirements of ITIL implementation.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant field.

• Possessing a recognised IT Industry Certification is an advantage.

• Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in the Service Desk of a global ICT facility.

• In-depth knowledge of functional units and its operations.

• Must be willing to work on 24×7 rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Job Title H.V.Equipment Engineer

Position Description

This position has been created within Saudi Aramco’s Power Systems Department to attract a highly technical and motivated professional who is fully conversant with electrical equipment in LV, MV and HV electricity networks. The successful candidate will drive innovation and influence equipment suppliers and contractors to develop and implement improvements to the design, installation and maintenance of electrical equipment. Knowledge in how the power system operates, good communication skills, understanding of international standards and familiarity with equipment from various suppliers combined with appreciation of safety and SA processes are key to this position holder.

Minimum Requirements
At least 10 years of knowledge and experience regarding how transmission and distribution power systems are designed, constructed, operated and maintained. Strong experience with power cable including medium and high voltage up to 230 KV levels .
Solid experience related to the following:
•Power cable system design and specifications with relevant design, installation, testing and commissioning of power cable systems.
•Power cable installation and arrangement methods in addition to required termination designs.
•Power cable manufacturing, factory acceptance testing and related standards.
•Sound experience with jointing procedures and technology.
•Power cable asset management strategies.
•Power cable condition assessment methods and latest technologies used.
•Power cable failure investigations.
•Cable fault locating technologies and ability to provide required technical consultations.
•Familiarity with different cable fault locating equipment and methods.

A Professional or Chartered Engineer with a relevant degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and a member of an international engineering organization.
The ability to build and develop effective relationships with internal and external contacts, including good written and oral communications skills.

Experience gained in a range of operating units is desirable but not essential.
A sound track record of developing designs within a multidisciplinary team for the purposes of project management and execution.
Have solid experience related to the development of asset replacement policies within SA. Review existing and contribute to the development of new SA standards and technical specifications.
Implement compliance with SA and other international standards such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI and BS.
Lead and contribute to undertaking incident investigation tasks.
Represent SA on national and international technical committees and fora as required.
Demonstrate good design management experience, financial, commercial, strong interface working skills and the ability to prepare clear, comprehensive and concise engineering documentation.
Possess strong awareness of resource management, such as system access, safety, contractor and manufacturing capability.
Effective influencing skills and ability to apply this capability in a global matrix organization.
Good problem solving, decision making and analytical skills

Duties & Responsibilities

Review and challenge SA’s consultant and contractor designs and implement optimum and cost effective solutions.
Promote the introduction of appropriate new technology and techniques associated within area of expertise. Initiate specific R&D projects as appropriate and evaluate the risks associated with the introduction of new technologies into the SA power system.
Communicate complex issues associated with area of expertise in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure that SA’s current and future requirements are clearly addressed and communicated.

Jemariku terlalu Lembut

Pernah diriku BAK (buang air kecil alias kencing) disatu tempat umum. Setelah tetes terakhir dan terasa lega dibagian bawah perut akupun pijit tombol agar keluar air, aku mau cebok. Ternyata air setetes pun tak keluar.

Kipijit lagi tombol itu, berulangkali kupijit tak juga keluar air. Urinoir sebelah kiri-kanan penuh diapakai orang-orang bahkan yg mau pakai urinoir sampai antri, kayak antri tiket dan tak kunjung selesai.

Serasa sudah terlalu lama aku berdiri dalam keadaan seperti orang yg sedang BAK, maka aku stop anakg bertopi hitam yg mau BAK di urinoir sebelah kanan saya. Beruntung saya, anak bertopi hitam itu sepertinya tidak sedang kebelet BAK, ia menyilahkan secara sopan untuk saya agar bisa cebok di urinoir yg akan ia gunakan. Anak itu pindah dan BAK di urinoir yg saya tinggalkan.

Di urinoir yg saya pakai kali ini airnya cukup deras mengalir, saya bisa cebok secara layak. Ehh, ketika saya lihat kekiri urinoir yg saya tinggalkan dan dipakai anak beertopi hitam itu ternyata keluar air juga seperti urinoir2 yg lain.

"Oom kurang nekan waktu pijit tombol ini," kata anak bertopi hitam itu yg kubalas dengan senyumanku.

"Ahh, dasar jemari aku aja yg yg terlalu lembut!" gumamku dalam hati.*
