Production Superintendent – Texas, USA

Oscar Associates are activly seeking a Production Superintendent to join our Oil and Gas US based client.

This position is an urgent hire,and our client are specifically looking for an individual who has extensive Oil and Gas/Production experience.

Role Responsibilities

Work closely with production team and other departments to ensure workplace is safe and environmentally compliant
Supervise company production foremen across several areas
Oversee the operation of local field offices including invoice flow
Recommend and implement maintenance and cost reduction programs
Recommend changes i n production operations and confer with the Production Manager and engineering on implementing changes
Help formulate Expense/Capital budgets and key performance indicators; review monthly
Establish and maintain good working relationships with surface owners and community leaders.
Other duties as assigned.
