Job Description

Sojitz Corporation recruits around 100 new graduates each year, both in Japan and overseas, to become Global Management Trainees, initially working at our Tokyo Headquarters. We seek graduates of any major who are fluent in English or Japanese, and most importantly, who are passionate individuals, characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit and a global business perspective.

Fluency in the Japanese language is not required in order to be hired as a Management Trainee. However, as Sojitz Corporation is headquartered in Japan, fluency in the Japanese language is needed to be truly successful. Therefore, we provide intensive Japanese language training for those who need it, along with other training and development opportunities.

Starting Salary : Monthly salary of Yen 208,400
plus bonus (twice per year)
