Unit Operational Risk Manager - Information Technology & Operations

Job description

  1. To implement Quality Assurance control in all units in Operations relating to application and transaction processes.
  2. To ensure all new and update procedures and relevant local regulations related with Operations can be implemented and complied.
  3. To undertake periodic self-assessment on key controls to access the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls.

QA / QC Manager (Block A – Project)

JOB PURPOSE
The project QA/QC Mgr shall be the designated management representative for Quality of the Work and shall have independence, authority and responsibility to assure satisfactory implementation and maintenance of the QA/QC.
The project QA/QC has capability to manage, coordinate and monitor and control quality of work in the two major EPC lumpsum contracts and also some work directly managed by Company construction team like Offsite works (site preparation and administrative building and some brown field work) are to be done in accordance with Company project specifications/Contract documents safely, cost effectively, and within schedule. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Min Education Level: Bachelor of Engineering preferably with Metallurgy or Mechanical engineering discipline.
Working Experience:
• Overall 15 Years of experience in Oil and Gas industries and 8 years in upstream Oil and Gas Processing plant in particular and at least he should have one project with sour gas /Acid gas processing facilities experience as Project QA/QC Manager.
• Familiar with industry practices, processes, and expectations in all phases of EPC contracts (processing plant and pipelines)
• Previous successful leadership role in  QA/QC position in major EPC lumpsum project (sour and acid gas processing plant) and able to demonstrate a strong understanding of project execution, engineering, construction, commissioning amp & Completion practices
• In-depth knowledge of codes and standards (i.e NACE, ASME, API, etc ) related with  QA/QC keeping utmost safety criteria.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREA
1. Safe and efficient implementation of QA/QCmethods and a lso to meet Project goals and overall Objectives.
2. Manage QA/QC; coordinate the EPC execution involving during detail engineering phase through Construction and commissioning/ start-up phases in order to ensure adequate flow of information and materials to the field to meet established schedule, cost and productivity objectives.
3. Implement good QA/QC methods/system and Safety system to timely completion of work managing all QA/QC resources as part of Project Management Team (PMT) and work closely with all EPC contractors.
4. Support detailed engineering works related to QA/QC matters and procurement works related to materials/ package fabrication inspections and shall actively involve in the Quality Audits for EPC main and major subcontractors.
5. Approve all QA/QC related deliverables in EPC.

Syarat :

Tugas :
Menyusun program promosi. Menjalin kerjasama dengan pelanggan potensial. Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pelanggan. Melakukan proses penagihan ke pelanggan. Membuat laporan mingguan dan bulanan.

2. PROGRAMMER
Syarat :
Laki-laki, usia mak 30 tahun. Pendidikan min S1 Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer. IPK minimal 3,00 (skala 4,00) dari Universitas yang terakreditasi. Pengalaman min 2 tahun di bidang yang sama. Menguasasi : Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Virtual C, Virtual Basic, Asp. Net, Net Framework, Analyst Programmer, dan System Analyst. Penempatan di Jakarta.
Tugas:
Melakukan pengembangan aplikasi system operasi. Melakukan modifikasi dan kustomisasi aplikasi sistem operasi. Menyusun laporan implementasi pengembangan aplikasi. Menyusun laporan hasil modifikasi dan kustomisasi sistem informasi (software) yang telah dilakukan. Memastikan transfer of knowledge dari konsultan pengembang aplikasi maupun bisnis analis.

3. STAF PEMELIHARAAN NON BBM/BBG
Syarat :
Usia maks 27 tahun. Pendidikan min S1, diutamakan Teknik Mesin & Elektro dari PTN/PTS yang berakreditasi A. IPK minimal 3.00 (Skala 4). Pengalaman min 1 tahun di bidang yang sama. Menguasai Microsoft Office. Penempatan di Jakarta.
Tugas :
Monitoring kehandalan sarana & fasilitas Non BBM/BBG. Melakukan trouble shooting atas kerusakan sarana & fasilitas Non BBM/BBG. Monitoring pekerjaan yang dilakukan di area Non BBM/BBG. Membuat estimasi di setiap pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan di unit. Melakukan rekapitulasi biaya maintenance.

Pertamina Lubricants - BUMN Migas

Pasar bebas pelumas di Indonesia sudah dibuka sejak tahun 2001, namun Pertamina tetap mendominasi bisnis pelumas di Indonesia. PT Pertamina Lubricants sebagai Anak Perusahaan dari PT Pertamina (Persero), mengajak Generasi Muda Indonesia untuk bergabung bersama dalam membangun perusahaan pelumas nasional kelas dunia. Kami mencari individu-individu berbakat dan berpotensi yang mampu mencerminkan tata nilai kami untuk menjadi bagian dari tim yang mengakselerasi pencapaian visi PT Pertamina Lubricants.
Dalam rangka penyelenggaraan “Rekrutasi Pekerja di Lingkungan PT Pertamina Lubricants”, PT Pertamina Lubricants bekerja sama dengan Lembaga Psikologi Terapan Universitas Indonesia (LPTUI) selaku konsultan dalam penyelenggaraan proses rekrutmen, mulai dari tahap seleksi administratif hingga pelaksanaan tes tertulis (psikotest). PERSYARATAN UMUM

CARA PENDAFTARAN
1. Download cover amplop dan formulir pendaftaran di: LINK INI
2. Cetak, kemudian isi dan lengkapi cover amplop lamaran serta formulir pendaftaran.
3. Di cover lamaran sudah tercantum alamat tujuan pengiriman. Pengiriman dapat dilakukan via jasa pengiriman ataupun diantar langsung ke alamat tercantum.
4. Di dalam formulir pendaftaran, ada pilihan lokasi tes tertulis (silakan untuk memilih 1 (satu) kota lokasi tes), yang akan dilaksanakan di tujuh kota sebagai berikut: MEDAN JAKARTA BANDUNG BALIKPAPAN PALEMBANG YOGYAKARTA SURABAYA
5. Deadline atau batas akhir lamaran adalah: 26 Februari 2016.
Batas akhir lamaran yang diproses untuk seleksi administratif adalah lamaran yang diantar ke LPTUI langsung di tanggal deadline, atau CAP POS (tanggal dokumen dikirim) pada tanggal deadline. Setelah batas waktu tersebut, dokumen lamaran tidak akan dibuka oleh panitia.

HAL YANG HARUS DIPERHATIKAN
1. Kuota ditetapkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan PT Pertamina Lubricants, sehingga tidak semua peserta yang lolos seleksi akan dipanggil mengikuti tes tahap selanjutnya.
2. Lamaran yang dikirim tanpa menyertakan cover amplop lamaran dan formulir pendaftaran sesuai format yang disediakan, tidak akan diproses lebih lanjut.
3. Seluruh proses seleksi tidak dikenakan biaya apapun.
4. Tidak ada penggantian biaya yang dilakukan terkait biaya transportasi dan/atau akomodasi yang dikeluarkan peserta untuk menghadiri tes tertulis. Panitia tidak bekerja sama dengan agen travel manapun untuk menyediakan jasa transportasi ke lokasi tes.
5. Pihak LPTUI dan PT Pertamina Lubricants tidak bertanggung jawab apabila peserta menerima tawaran dari pihak-pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab yang menawarkan kelulusan dengan biaya tertentu.

INFORMASI
1. TIDAK ADA layanan korespondensi antara peserta kepada pihak LPTUI maupun PT Pertamina Lubricants. Peserta diharapkan mempelajari dengan seksama informasi yang tertulis di pengumuman rekrutasi ini, beserta formulir yang harus didownload.
2. Peserta yang lolos seleksi administratif akan dihubungi melalui SMS dan EMAIL oleh LPTUI untuk mengikuti tes tertulis (Psikotest dan Bahasa Inggris).
3. Peserta yang lolos seleksi tertulis (Psikotest dan Bahasa Inggris) akan mendapat panggilan langsung dari PT Pertamina Lubricants melalui TELEPON dan EMAIL untuk mengikuti tes selanjutnya.
