Requirements 

1. University degree
2. Minimum 10 -15 years’ experience 
3. Experience of working in the Commercial businesses
4. Deep understanding of processes and systems and their inter-dependencies is essential.
5. Experience of managing large teams especially working virtually
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to develop working relationships
7. SAP knowledge & other IT systems and processes is essential. Ability to cross-examine MI reporting functionality (Business Warehouse). Strong analytical skills. Candidates must be numerate and detail orientated.
8. Understands customer service technology that includes Customer Service/ Relationship Management  IT application systems that are operationally critical, not only for transactional processing, but also for supplying information to support customer facing area, process KPI's, etc.
9. Preferred experience in managing a customer service centre, preferably, in an off shore environment

Unit Operational Risk Manager - Information Technology & Operations

Job description

  1. To implement Quality Assurance control in all units in Operations relating to application and transaction processes.
  2. To ensure all new and update procedures and relevant local regulations related with Operations can be implemented and complied.
  3. To undertake periodic self-assessment on key controls to access the proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls.
  4. Assist in coordinating, facilitating and promoting understanding of operational risk and its implementation and management of Operational Risk within Operations unit


Key Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Strategy and policy
  2. Actively participate to recommend solutions to quality opportunities then develop and implements test of procedures
  3. Good communication
  4. Follow up any Ops Risks issues to related unit Operations.
  5. Escalate Ops Risks issues to related ITO management team, including but not limited to ITO Head of Risk and Control, related RCOs and Country Ops Risk, as per current Ops Risk Reporting policy
  6. Business Performance
  7. Prepare and update Ops Risk monthly report for relevant Ops risk forum (BORF, FORC and CORC on monthly basis)
  8. Prepare and monitor dashboard, to ensure all task and issues are tabled and properly managed. 
  9. Compliance and Risk
  10. Assist Operation units to review and update SLA and DOI.
  11. Review and approve KCSA, KCI and CST checking result within stipulated time.
  12. Review KRI Report and Operational Loss Report within the pre-determined period
  13. Perform periodic process reviews especially for high risk processes in Operation units
  14. To assist ITO Head of Risk and Control in implementing and monitoring Risk management approach in Operation units as per ORF
  15. To identify and report all KCSA, CST and KRI exceptions and non compliance procedure with standard controls, work with the unit on action plans and monitor the completion of the action plan as per agreed cut off time
  16. To maintain proper record keeping on all KCSA and CST checking activities
  17. Monitor and control issues and ensure event and loss is registered in Phoenix as per Operational Loss and Report Policy
  18. Assist respective unit to close outstanding issues as per agreed target date

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Graduate degree
  2. Solid background in risk management and knowledge of Retail/ WM and Cash Management processes, policies and regulations which includes but not limited to: Customer Due Diligence, PBI, POJK, etc.
  3. Meticulous, with an eye for details
  4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Good team management and leadership skills
  6. Strong in MS Office skills

QAQC Manager - PT Medco E&P Malaka

QA / QC Manager (Block A – Project)

JOB PURPOSE
The project QA/QC Mgr shall be the designated management representative for Quality of the Work and shall have independence, authority and responsibility to assure satisfactory implementation and maintenance of the QA/QC.
The project QA/QC has capability to manage, coordinate and monitor and control quality of work in the two major EPC lumpsum contracts and also some work directly managed by Company construction team like Offsite works (site preparation and administrative building and some brown field work) are to be done in accordance with Company project specifications/Contract documents safely, cost effectively, and within schedule. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Min Education Level: Bachelor of Engineering preferably with Metallurgy or Mechanical engineering discipline.
Working Experience:
• Overall 15 Years of experience in Oil and Gas industries and 8 years in upstream Oil and Gas Processing plant in particular and at least he should have one project with sour gas /Acid gas processing facilities experience as Project QA/QC Manager.
• Familiar with industry practices, processes, and expectations in all phases of EPC contracts (processing plant and pipelines)
• Previous successful leadership role in  QA/QC position in major EPC lumpsum project (sour and acid gas processing plant) and able to demonstrate a strong understanding of project execution, engineering, construction, commissioning amp & Completion practices
• In-depth knowledge of codes and standards (i.e NACE, ASME, API, etc ) related with  QA/QC keeping utmost safety criteria.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY AREA
1. Safe and efficient implementation of QA/QCmethods and a lso to meet Project goals and overall Objectives.
2. Manage QA/QC; coordinate the EPC execution involving during detail engineering phase through Construction and commissioning/ start-up phases in order to ensure adequate flow of information and materials to the field to meet established schedule, cost and productivity objectives.
3. Implement good QA/QC methods/system and Safety system to timely completion of work managing all QA/QC resources as part of Project Management Team (PMT) and work closely with all EPC contractors.
4. Support detailed engineering works related to QA/QC matters and procurement works related to materials/ package fabrication inspections and shall actively involve in the Quality Audits for EPC main and major subcontractors.
5. Approve all QA/QC related deliverables in EPC.
